Recruitment & Sourcing
Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet the hospital's staffing needs.
Post job openings on popular job boards, social media platforms, and the hospital's website.
Actively source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, HotNigerianJobs, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with department heads to understand specific job requirements and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
Candidate Experience
Ensure a seamless and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback to build strong relationships.
Onboarding
Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have the tools and information needed for a smooth transition.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other necessary documentation for new hires.
HR Support
Maintain accurate employee records and assist with various HR projects as needed.
Support the HR team in implementing policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
Assist in handling employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both staff and management.
